Welcome to Bellingham’s only 100% Gluten Free Bakery. Proudly women owned and family operated. We specialize in delicious artisanal breads and pastries. We’re excited to supply local restaurants and cafes as well as offering our baked goods in our retail storefront. Currently under construction, we cannot wait to share our passion for gluten free baking.

Clara, Chloe, and Aemilia- Three sisters rooted in the Pacific Northwest with shared love for baking and a mission to supply delicious gluten free treats for all to enjoy. After the closure of the previous Gluten free bakery we saw the perfect opportunity to come together and create something we believe our town needs. It’s our belief that just because it’s gluten free doesn’t mean it should be any less delicious.
